Mission Statement
Our mission is to sow "the Seed of Hope," Jesus Christ, in the hearts of many in Bloomfield, Garfield and the Friendship Area of Pittsburgh, and to the ends of the earth.

Our Vision
Our vision is to be a community based Church that reaches the people in the communities we serve, which are very diverse ethnically and economically. Therefore we desire to be a Cross-Cultural Church with a liturgical and blended worship service. We have three passions:

1. To be a worshiping community of faith that is a fair representation of those people that walk Liberty, Friendship and Penn Avenues on Saturday and Sunday mornings.

2. To serve the families in our community through children and youth programs that holistically ministers to their needs spiritually, physically, and emotionally. We do this through After-School Programs, Children Programs and Summer Day Camps.

3. To serve the urban population as we share the Good News of Jesus Christ with them. We do this through our Alpha Program, our Saturday Night Worship Service and through net working on behalf of our people with social service agencies to help them find housing, jobs and meaning in their life.
