Mission Statement
Our mission is to sow "the Seed of Hope," Jesus Christ, in the hearts of many in Bloomfield, Garfield and the Friendship Area of Pittsburgh, and to the ends of the earth.

Our Vision
Our vision is to be a community based Church that reaches the people in the communities we serve, which are very diverse ethnically and economically. Therefore we desire to be a Cross-Cultural Church with liturgical and blended worship service.

1. To be a diverse worshiping community that is a fair representation of those people that walk Liberty, Friendship and Penn Avenues on Saturday and Sunday mornings in the Bloomfield, Garfield and Friendship areas of Pittsburgh (Revelation 5:9 “by your blood you have ransomed from every tribe and language and people and nation and you have made them a kingdom of priest to our God and they shall reign on earth.”)

2. To serve the families in our community through children and youth programs that holistically ministers to their needs spiritually, physically, and emotionally. We do this through After-School Programs, Children Programs and Summer Day Camps.

3. To Grow the Kingdom through making and growing disciples. We use Life Shapes as our language of discipleship and Missional Clusters as our vehicle. Disciples are made on mission.

This vision is informed by our Core Values.
